Why I can't click on that for you:

"You need to make this request. I am not you. If I make this request, then I am saying that I am you. But I am not you. So you need to do this.

If something goes wrong and you are denied benefits or end up in jail or get deported, are you going to blame the librarian? Yes, you are. So no, I am not clicking this for you."

How far do you go to help someone? Is doing everything for them, helping them? What about yourself? Sure, you can click on a Google search button for someone, but will you also create or submit passwords or enter personal information for someone? How much potential liability are you willing to accept as a professional?
