How the world sees us.

Why doesn't anyone write on these walls in the library bathrooms?"

I'm not sure what this column is about, but the description says, "Off the Wall seeks to answer otherwise redundant inquiries written by real people on real property."

Here is one response to the question:
The library, on the other hand, is not so open. I, for one, have no interest in angering The Librarians, but the truth must be told, and their building exists as a police state. People are constantly shushing, bookkeepers keep books (not to mention order), and it is widely known that The Librarians should not be crossed lest they up your late fees - or worse.
I'm glad that at least one college library spreads fear among students.

So these college student journalists poke around in toilets looking for interesting graffiti. Then they discuss it. Yeah, right.

Hi, don't mind me, I'm a journalist just writing about the graffiti here in the bathroom stalls. Go about your business.
I'm not falling for that line again.
