Ok, so I just turned on the TV and NBC is broadcasting in clear, sharp 1080i, and it's beautiful.
But look at the time, and look at the channel: I'm watching Knight Rider (!!!!!!). In 1080i. It's a talking car. With lame dialogue. And ham-fisted directing.
But the picture is so gorgeous, the colors are so bright that I can't turn away.
Oh, the horror. The horror.
